Overview
Itinerary:
Day 1: Check in the Nile Cruise and Luxor East Bank
Our representative will pick you up from your (hotel in east bank Luxor – train station or from Luxor airport) to transfer to the Nile Cruise to check in and have your lunch.
Around 3 pm, meet your Egyptologist guide to start your interesting tour by air conditioned vehicle to visit the east bank where the impressive Karnak temple which dedicated to the triad of Thebes (ancient name of Luxor) To God Amon Ra, his wife goddess Mut and their son god Khonsu God of the moon. This temple was built by several Kings as a kind of offering to God Amon Ra the main god at that time, so the temple is complicated on its plan. At the temple you will see the majesty of the ancient Egyptians throughout erecting the Hypostyle Hall which contains 134 columns arranged in rows
Proceed to visit Luxor temple, built by King Amenhotep III who ruled Egypt during the New Kingdom, where ancient Egyptian, Christian, and Islamic features are exhibited. Admire its obelisk and statues. Back to the cruise, dinner on board and overnight in Luxor.
Note: If your arrival to Luxor is so early, so we will start the tour directly upon arrival since the cruise check-in time at 12:00 and we don’t want our guest to waste their time waiting at the lobby for check-in.

Day 2: Balloon Ride, Luxor West Bank Tour and Sailing
Begin around 5:30 am to 6 am pick up for the incredible trip of 30 to 40 minutes Hot Air Balloon flight over the west bank of Luxor and enjoy an aerial view of the country’s landscape and famous landmarks. Enjoy the sun illuminating the sky of the open air museum city (Luxor) over the great temples and mountains below.
After enjoying your breakfast on board, your qualified Egyptologist guide will pick you up to visit the west bank which called the city of the dead where the ancient Egyptians built their tombs. You will start at the Valley of the Kings where the pharaohs from the New kingdom carved their tombs in the mountains aiming to hide their treasure and protect their mummies. You will visit three tombs and explore the cleverness of the ancient Egyptian artists and the shining colors

Day 3: Edfu Temple, Kom Ombo Temple and arrive Aswan
After your breakfast, enjoy Horse Carriage ride with your tour guide to visit the temple of Horus at Edfu which is considered to be the most complete and the best preserved of all the Egyptian temples. Back to the cruise. Relax on the deck watching the unique landscape and admire the scenery of the Nile river while sailing to Kom Ombo. Lunch on board. Afternoon tea on the sundeck.
Late in the afternoon, stop at Kom Ombo city where to visit the unique double temple of Sobek, the crocodile God and Horus, the falcon God. Return to the cruise and have dinner followed by folkloric party operated by the cruise staff and tour guides. Continue sailing to Aswan for overnight.

Day 4: Aswan Tour (Philae Temple/ High Dam)
Take your breakfast, and discover with your guide the highlights of Aswan and listen to the story of the Nubian immigration. Start your tour by visiting the High Dam; achieved in 1960 to protect Egypt from the flood and generate electric.
Proceed to visit the Greco Roman Temple dedicated to goddess Isis using a small motorboat to get there.

Day 5: Abu Simbel trip (Sharing a group) and Departure transfer
Check out around 4:30, your guide will pick you up for Abu Simbel trip(sharing a group in a bus or minibus), to visit one of the most impressive places in Egypt; the rock-cut temples of Abu Simbel with their unique design built for King Ramesses 2nd and his beloved Queen Nefertari.
Start your day by driving for about 3-4 hours to Abu Simbel Temples. Arrive around 7:30 to 8 am, where you will meet your tour guide who will be waiting for you there to explain the history of the temples built by the famous pharaoh Ramesses the great. Drive in comfort back to Aswan to pick your luggage and transfer to your hotel in Aswan east bank, airport or train station

- Sometimes due to sailing conditions on the River Nile, Nile Cruises itineraries schedule and sailing time maybe updated. We assure that our clients will see all what is on their itineraries but maybe in different order.
- Camera is not allowed for the balloon trip, but you can use your cellphone to take pictures.
- If the balloon cancelled due to bad weather, you will be refunded with 30$ per person.
- If Abu Simbel Trip cancelled due to bad weather, you will be refunded with 30$ per person.
- It is available to pick travelers from Luxor west bank hotels with extra 10$ USD per person.
- It is available to drop off travelers at their Hotels in Aswan west bank with extra 10$ USD per person
- You will need to pay all the entrance fees by card except the High Dam and motorboat to Philae temple in cash.
- If you want to have your own room, then you need to book for a single person.
- If you are traveling in a group of 3 people, you will enjoy one triple room.
- If you are travelling in a group and wanted to have your own room, then do a separate booking for a single person.
- Passports copies are required for the cruise line company, Abu Simbel and Hot air balloon trip permissions.
- It is available to provide an Italian, Japanese, German or French tour guide with extra 250$ USD per person upon your request.
