Around 5:30 am experience the life trip the hot air balloon as they call it above the sky of Luxor. Return back to the cruise around 7:30 am to have your breakfast and check out to start our next tour in the open air museum city
Breakfast and check out at 8 am to start your remarkable day by driving to The west bank in Luxor. It is one of the most important archaeological sites in the world. It is much more than what we refer to as the Valley of the Kings, though many have called the whole of the area by that name. In fact, many good books on the west bank at Luxor (ancient Thebes) are titled, “Valley of the Kings”, even though they cover the entire area. It can be a bit confusing for the novice, particularly considering the actual conceptual scope of the religious concept. If one looks at just the Valley of the Kings, one only sees tombs, but the tombs were an integral part of larger mortuary complexes. Indeed the whole west bank is honeycombed with tombs, not just of the ancient Egyptian Kings, but of their families and the noblemen who served them. The pharaohs from the New Kingdom carved their tombs in the mountains aiming to hide their treasure and protect their mummies.
Then, to the Mortuary temple of the famous queen Hatshepsut at El Deir El Bahari. Listen from your guide to her exciting story and how she managed to rule as a solo female Pharaoh. End your tour in the West Bank by a photo stop in front of the gigantic 17-meters statues of Memnon. Lunchtime in a local restaurant (optional).

Then drive back to start your tour to the East bank of Luxor; The Temple of Luxor and the Temple of Karnak. Unlike the West Bank, which was ever the main area for cemeteries and mortuary temples, the East Bank represented the main settlement of the living throughout the millennia – a role that has hardly changed. The vast majority of hotels and tourist facilities are to be found in the East Bank. Explore he largest temple ever; Karnak temple built through 2000 years and covering an area of about 63 acres.

After you finish the tour, we will transfer you to Luxor airport, station or Luxor east bank hotel.
